1 INTRODUCTION
These Rules should be viewed as a guide, and will cover most transactions with BetRogers telebetting and online betting service. They are to detail the terms and conditions under which we accept bets. They include maximum winnings, the type of bets available and the events and races on which bets are accepted. Also covered in these rules are details of how bets will be settled if you make an error when placing bets or our staff make an error when processing bets or quoting prices. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with these rules and or the terms of a particular bet.
Any updates or amendments to these rules will be published on our website. Telebetting clients will be notified by post. These rules cover the vast majority of transactions, but sometimes a dispute may arise that is not fully covered by our rules. In these rare occasions we will seek to settle the dispute in an equitable and fair manner.
2 LEGAL AND SECURITY
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Telebetting or Internet betting service.
- It is each client’s responsibility to ensure that they adhere to the laws in their own jurisdiction, before placing a bet with BetRogers .
- Bets cannot be accepted from residents of USA
- Minors: We reserve the right to close an account without explanation and to make void any business transacted unwittingly with minors. Any outstanding balances will be refunded in full.
- We will accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connecting to our website or its contents: including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of the site or its contents or any error or omissions in content
- All telephone calls to our call centre are recorded.
3 OPENING HOURS
Our Telebetting call centre is open from 9am Monday To Saturday inclusive, and from 10am Sunday until 6pm, check with our call centre staff or website for closing times.
4 BET ACCEPTANCE
- We reserve the right to refuse part or all of any bet(s).
- We do not generally accept place only bets. If taken or placed in error they will be void. Exceptions to this rule are place only specials, which we advertise from time to time.
- Queries in respect of any bet(s) must be made within 6 months.
- Once a bet is accepted it cannot be changed, unless pricing error has occurred.
- Bets will not be accepted be email or post.
- All bets are deemed for the day of acceptance, unless otherwise stated.
- If a client is informed either verbally or in writing that their account is closed, or no further bets can be accepted until settlement of any outstanding balance, any bet(s) accepted in error will be void win or lose.
- Special bets are settled in accordance with the special rules issued for such bets
- Any bet not substantiated by our tape recording equipment, or written to our transaction database server will not be recognised by us.
- We endeavour to ensure complete accuracy as regards announcing, publishing and issuing of prices (odds) and other betting related information. However, should an error occur, due to a technical problem or price entry error, we cannot accept responsibility and reserve the right to correct obvious errors.
- If a selection(s) in any event are incorrect, all bets on that event are void win or lose.
- If any bet was accepted in error and the price, terms or market conditions were not available at the time it was placed, the bet will be void win or lose.
- For any bet placed over the telephone with our Telebetting call centre, the time at which the bet was recorded on our tape recording equipment will govern settlement. For on line bets the time that the bet was written to our transaction server database will govern settlement.
The placing of bets with us, signifies your acceptance of our rules: irrespective of whether or not you have familiarised yourself with them.
5 TIME OF ACCEPTANCE
Where the official off of a race is not announced bets will be accepted up to the official advertised OFF time. Any bets taken in error after this time will be void, unless we are satisfied that the bet was accepted before the actual off.
Bets on sports events where the event takes place before the advertised time, will be governed by the actual off time of the event.
6 MAXIMUM LIABILITIES
Horseracing (UK & Ireland)
The maximum liability to any one person on any one day is €100,000 (one hundred thousand euro).
The maximum liability to any one person on any one day for any bet on virtual horse racing is €50,000 (fifty thousand euro).
The maximum liability where double result applies is €50,000 (fifty thousand euro). (Double Result: If a bet contains a selection which has been disqualified or promoted by the stewards, then the maximum payout is €50,000, we will pay on both results subject to a maximum payout limit.)
All bets which include a selection(s) which run outside our office hours, or is not covered live by SIS or AMRAC, are subject to a limit of €20,000 (twenty thousand euro).
Ante Post Horseracing
Ante Post Horseracing bets are subject to a maximum payment of €50,000
Overseas Horseracing (Outside UK & Ireland)
Where we are receiving a full SIS service, the maximum payout is €25,000.
Bets which include a selection for overseas racing, which is not covered in the full SIS service are subject to a maximum payment of €10,000.
UK Tote Bets
UK Placepots - Limit liability of €25,000 to any one person on any one day on the following meetings: Ascot, Cheltenham, Newbury, Newmarket, Sandown, Kempton, Doncaster, Goodwood, Aintree, Epsom, York, Newcastle. If there is a carryover the maximum payment to any one person on any one day is €10,000.
Limit liability of €10,000 on all other meetings including evening meetings.
We do not accept any UK Tote bet, other than the UK Tote Placepot.
Greyhounds
The maximum liability to any one person on any one day for any bet which contains a selection for virtual greyhounds is €50,000 (fifty thousand euro)
The maximum liability to any one person on any one day is €10,000. Provided all the selections are covered by the SIS BAGS - BEGS service (full shows, offs, and results are given by SIS)
All bets which include a selection (s) which is not covered by S.I.S BAGS – BEGS service are subject to a limit of €5,000 to any one person on any one day.
Ante Post bets are subject to a maximum payment of €10,000.
Irish greyhound meetings (Shelbourne Park and Harolds Cross) also races covered live by Sky Sports or terrestrial TV the maximum liability to any one person on any one day is €5,000.
Numbers
The limit liability for Numbers bets to any one customer, syndicate or series of bets from the same source on any one draw are:

Non sport events
The maximum liability to any one person on any one bet which includes a non sports selection is €10,000. This includes Christmas No1, General Elections etc.
Where a bet contains several mixed sports / events the lower limit will apply
BET SETTLEMENT
7 RELATED CONTINGENCIES
Unless otherwise advertised, multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another. If taken or placed in error, the stake will be equally divided where they clash. E.g. 10euro Double, Man Utd to win at 90 minutes coupled with Man Utd to win double result (half time / full time). Will be treated as 5euro singles on each. However, where the related parts of the bet are resolved at different times, the bet will be settled as instructed, with the price for the second or subsequent legs being determined at each individual stage. E.g. 10 euro Double: Dublin to win the All Ireland Football outright @9/2, coupled with Dublin to win the semi-final @ 6/4. Bet will be settled as 10 euro Double; Dublin to win semi-final @6/4 and the price of Dublin to win outright after winning the semi-final result is known. In the event of Dublin losing the semi-final or outright the bet is a loser.
8 FAVOURITES
Horse racing we accept bets on 1st,and 2nd favourites only, and 1st favourites only on Greyhound racing. Bets on unnamed favourites are accepted WIN ONLY. Place money will be refunded if taken or placed in error.
In the event of two horses being returned at the same lowest price, they will be treated as equal 1st and 2nd favourites (Joint Favourites/Co Favourites if more than 2 are equal), with the stake being divided accordingly.
9 OUR OWN PRICES (horse/dog racing)
We offer our own prices (early prices) on most races each day and are available subject to fluctuation to our customers up to 30 minutes before the advertised off time of the race. If you wish to take an early price you must clearly indicate it when you are placing your bet.
If there are any blatant errors in prices transmitted, displayed, or quoted incorrectly, we reserve the right to settle the bet at the correct price at time of acceptance or the S.P whichever is greater.
Bets laid on selections at quoted list prices on the day of the event will not count as ante-post bets, and in the event of withdrawals, such withdrawals will count as non-runners. Tattersalls Rule 4c will apply to bets on other selections in the event, the rate of deduction depending on the quoted price of the withdrawn selection(s).

10 DOUBLE RESULT
All bets accepted by us, are settled DOUBLE RESULT i.e. “1st past the post” and “Rules of Racing”. By “Double Result” we mean if your horse is 1 st Past the Post you get paid, or if your horse is given the race as a result of a Stewards enquiry or objection you will get paid.
Any enquiries after the weigh in or winner alright do not count.
If a bet contains a selection(s), who has been disqualified or promoted by the stewards then the maximum payout, is €25,000.
Any enquiries after the “weigh in” or “winner alright” announcement do not count for betting purposes.
“DOUBLE RESULT” exceptions:
- Ante Post and Tote bets (these are settled “Rules of Racing” only).
- Where a race is declared void (all stakes will be refunded).
- Where a horse takes a wrong course (deemed loser).
- Forecasts and Tricasts
- All Horseracing outside the U.K. & Ireland, bets settled “Rules of Racing” only.
- Where there is an official correction made to the result by S.I.S. or the Judge prior to the “weigh in”: Rules of Racing will apply.
- We reserve the right to delay payment on any race or event where the result is in doubt.
11 GREYHOUNDS
We accept bets on all B.A.G.S. meetings covered by S.I.S., also meetings at Shelbourne Park, Harolds Cross, and other meetings that we offer a service from time to time
Forecasts are settled according to B.A.G.S. computerised forecast return to a €1 stake.
Bets are accepted at S.P. or board prices.
We do not accept Tote returns. Tote bets taken or placed in error will be settled at S.P. if no S.P. is returned - void.
Place only bets, forecast trebles and forecast accums are not accepted and will be void if placed or accepted in error.
When a race is declared void and is re-run, all bets will stand for the re-run race unless a refund is requested before the race is re-run. Board prices laid on a void race will not be valid for the re-run race - bets will be settled at S.P.
Forecasts that contain a non-runner will be void.
12 DEAD HEATS
In the event of a dead heat for first place, the stake money on a winning selection will be divided by the number of selections in the dead heat, with full odds being paid to the divided stake. The same rule applies to place betting, where as a result of a dead heat more than the required number of selections are placed. If more than two selections finish in a dead heat, then the stake is divided equally by the number of selections, which have dead heated.
13 RACING PUT BACK/DELAYED
When racing has been put back/delayed, bets on unnamed horses or dogs must be timed in accordance with the original advertised times.
14 HORSE FORECASTS
All horse racing forecasts will be settled by Computer Forecast returns. Computer Forecasts are straight forecasts to a €1 stake.
We do not accept Tote Forecasts/ Dual Forecasts. If taken or placed in error they will be settled as computer forecasts and in the case of Dual forecasts, they will be settled as two half staked straight forecasts.
Forecast, trebles or accums, if taken or placed in error will be void.
Forecasts containing a non-runner will be void.
Forecast are settled “Rules of Racing” only.
15 TRICASTS (HORSES & DOGS)
A tricast with a non-runner will be settled as a forecast on the two remaining selections in the order in which they were entered. A combination tricast with more than three selections that contains a non-runner will be settled on the selections that run, with the combinations that contain a non-runner void.
A tricast placed or accepted in error for a non-tricast race will be settled as a forecast with the first two selections in the order in which they were written.
A combination tricast placed or accepted in error for a non-tricast race will be settled as combination forecasts with the total stake reapportioned for forecast combinations.
Tricasts are settled “Rules of Racing” only.
16 ANTE POST
The limit liability per person is €50,000 (fifty thousand Euro).
All Ante Post bets are settled under “Rules of Racing”.
Ante Post bets are all in run or not - entered or not, subject to the following:
- Where an event is postponed, ante post bets will stand until the event is decided or abandoned.
- If the event is abandoned, declared void, or if the conditions of the event are altered, after the bets are made, or if the horse is balloted out, single ante post bets will be void. Accumulators or combination ante post bets will stand and will be settled at the ante post price(s) laid on the remaining selections. Selections affected by the above are treated as non-runners. Bets will not be accepted where the same selection is taken to win more than one event. If placed or taken in error stake will be divided to cover separate contingencies.
- Stakes will be divided in bets where the success of one selection contributes to the success of another.
- Ante Post betting ceases at the final declaration stage and all bets placed after the final declaration stage will be non-runners no bet, Tattersalls Rule 4c may apply.
17 BOARD PRICES
Boardprices or show prices are odds relayed from the course by S.I.S. and may be taken by our clients for any race with three or more runners.
IMPORTANT- it is essential that you make it clear that you require a board price at the time you place your bet so that the price can be recorded on your bet. If a board price is not recorded your bet will be settled at S.P.
We do not lay bar prices or prices which are unavailable at the time the bet is placed. Should a horse or dog be withdrawn: no board prices will be available until a new market is formed. Rule 4 may apply to board prices accepted prior to the withdrawal. See Tattersalls Rule 4c
When a mistake is made by our operator or S.I.S. the bet will be settled at the correct price at the time you placed your bet, or the S.P., whichever gives the greater odds.
18 TOTE BETS
- We do not accept bets at Tote returns on UK or Irish horse or dog racing with the exception of the Tote Placepot dividend. (see Tote Placepot rules)
- We accept bets at Tote returns, for racing jurisdictions, where only a Pari Mutuel system operates. (USA, France, Germany etc.)
19 EACH WAY BETTING
We do not accept each way bets for events with less than 5 runners. If taken or placed in error the win part of the bet will stand but the place part will be void with a refund of place stake and tax.
5 - 6 - 7 runners: we pay 1/4 odds place 1.2.
8 or more runners: we pay 1/5 odds 1.2.3.
Handicap racing
12 or more runners: we pay 1/4 odds 1-2-3
16 or more runners: we pay 1/4 odds 1-2-3-4
25 or more runners: we pay 1/4 odds 1-2-3-4-5
Where the favourite is odds on we reserve the right to limit the place stake on each way.
20 TOTE PLACEPOTS
All Tote Placepots are settled “RULES OF RACING”ONLY. Non-runners: The S.P. favourite will be substituted. Where there is more than one favourite returned, the favourite with the lowest race card number will be the selection. In the event of no dividend being declared, bets will be settled as a place accumulator at S.P. odds. U.K. Placepots are generally settled on the first 6 races at each meeting.
4 horses or less - win only,
5,6 or 7 horses 1st & 2nd,
8 or more horses 1st, 2nd, & 3rd.
Handicaps with 16 or more runners 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th.
5 th horse concession does not apply to Tote Placepots
21 NUMBERS BETS
All Irish and U.K. numbers bets are settled on seven numbers drawn unless otherwise indicated.
Irish Numbers. Please note the following, Draw 1 is for the Jackpot Prize Draw on RTE Television, Draw 2 is for the second draw or Lotto Plus one, and Draw 3 is for Lotto Plus Two.
We do not accept bets to nominate 5 numbers drawn, any bets accepted will be refunded..
22 Opening and Maintaining Your Account
The following applies to all account types.
1 LEGAL & SECURITY
You must be at least 18 years of age in order to obtain and use an account with us. You are responsible for checking the laws in your own jurisdiction before placing a bet on our web site or on with our Telebetting Call Centre. Customers may open only one account. If we have reason to believe that a customer has more than one account we will treat those accounts as one single joint account. Accounts opened using the same name, address or debit/credit card details to benefit from offers or promotions are not allowed. If we have sufficient evidence or reason to believe that this is the case we reserve the right to withdraw any offers to any customer and to ignore the bonus or offer for settlement purposes. We reserve the right to close or refuse any account without giving notice or reason. Any funds held on account will be refunded. When opening an Internet account you are requested to select your own username and password. Telebetting Only client will be given a unique PIN number when opening the account. You are requested to keep these details private, as you will be responsible for all bets placed using your security details. If you forget your details or believe that they may have been compromised, then please contact our Telebetting Call Centre immediately so that we can issue you with new ones.
2 Minimum Stake Per Call: Please note that for bets placed over the phone with our Telebetting Call Centre are subject to a minimum stake per call of €5 (or currency equivalent), with a minimum unit stake on multiple bets of 20c (or currency equivalent). There is no minimum stake for Internet bets although there is a minimum deposit of €10 (or currency equivalent).
3 Statements: Both Telebetting and web clients can view their itemised statements on line via the website. Telebetting clients will receive a printed statement every two weeks or can opt for web only statements, if preferred.
23 Opening an account
Accounts can be opened either on-line or by calling our Telebetting Call Centre. You can open the account immediately by providing your name, address and payment card details.
Once a customer has registered their account on the internet or through our Telebetting Call Centre, they need only top up their account with their list of pre-registered credit / debit cards.
Occasionally there is a delay in the banks authorisation for the funds transfer. In such cases, if there is insufficient time before the commencement of the event concerned, then a decision will be made by us to either accept or decline the wager. If you receive a transaction confirmation, then the bet will stand regardless of whether or not the funds are authorised at a later stage. In this instance, we reserve the right to make further attempts to transact the stake if the bet is a loser and to withhold winnings until the stake has been transacted if the bet is a winner.
On occasions you may be told that your bet is confirmed, subject to authorisation. In this instance your bet will stand on the condition that we are able to transact the stake funds at the earliest opportunity after the bet was taken. If we are unable to acquire authorisation we can supply you with a tape recording of our conversation with the issuing centre, which will clearly prove the transaction has been declined and as such no bet will be recognised.
Please note the banking system can take up to Three working days to clear funds.
Winnings are credited to your deposit balance, enabling you to bet against them. You can request to withdraw all or some of your deposit at any time by selecting withdraw funds at the top of the site, or alternatively by calling our Telebetting Call Centre. You do not have to leave funds in your account for your account to remain open.
24 HOW TO PLACE A TELEPHONE BET
For bets that need to be placed over the telephone with our Telebetting Call Centre please:
- State clearly your Account Number (Telebetting clients) or Username (internet clients)
- State full name when asked to by the operator.
- Give your bet instructions clearly.
- Listen to our operator who will repeat your instructions during the telephone call. It is your responsibility to ensure that they have interpreted your instructions correctly. You may request a complete 'readback if you wish. The bet will be settled on our operators read back, irrespective of what is dictated. All calls to our Telebetting Call Centre are recorded for added security.
There can be occasions when telephone bets can be disconnected. In these circumstances the bet will not be placed if the disconnection occurred before our operator completed a call back or while our operator was obtaining authorisation from our trading room. If the call is lost awaiting bank authorisation, then the bet will stand if the bank authorisation was successful. If you have any doubt that the call was disconnected before the bet had been authorised, then you should call back straight away to find out whether the bet was placed or not.
25 NAME AND ADRESS CHANGES
Please inform us of any changes to your personal details as soon as possible, also any changes to your credit card or debit card details. This will save delays in accepting your bets.
- Clients can update their own details via our website or by calling our Telebetting Call Centre.
- In order to ensure the smooth taking of bets, it is advisable to inform us of any change in your payment card details. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your correct payment card details.
- When opening an Internet account you are requested to select your own username and password. Telebetting Only client will be given a unique PIN number when opening the account. You are requested to keep these details private, as you will be responsible for all bets placed using your security details. If you forget your details or believe that they may have been compromised, then please contact our Telebetting Call Centre immediately so that we can issue you with new ones.
26 Withdrawing Money From Your Account
If you wish to withdraw funds please call us with your payment request, or use the withdrawal funds option on the website; our payment options are:
- By cheque.
- By refund to your Laser card.
Where the credit card issuers allows, all money will be paid back to the same credit card that the initial deposit was authorised.
In the case of large refunds we may ask to perform withdrawals via alternative methods.
In certain circumstances we may ask you to complete our authorisation procedure before any payment is made to you. In such instances we will require the following:
- A clear faxed copy of both sides of your credit card showing your signature.
- A clear faxed copy of your passport or driving license.
- Signed authorisation statements for each card deposit that has been made.
We reserve the right to only make payments to the named account holder.
If the value of a deposit is not bet in full before a withdrawal is requested, then we reserve the right to make a charge to the customer account to cover all reasonable costs relating to both the deposit and withdrawal.
Please note we are unable to forward any payment to you until 28 days have elapsed from your first bet.
27 DISPUTES
Disputes which cannot be resolved mutually are referred to the Independent Betting Arbitration services (IBAS), whose address is IBAS,

28 ATHLETICS
Maximum liability €10,000
All in compete or not.
For betting purposes the medal ceremony will determine “winner alright” and bets will be settled accordingly. Any subsequent inquiries or disqualifications after the medal ceremony will not be counted for betting purposes. If no medal ceremony, official I.A.A.F result (or similar governing body) immediately after the race.
29 AMERICAN FOOTBALL
Maximum liability €10,000
Overtime to count in all matches, including handicap and total score betting.
Where we are offering match and handicap betting, unless otherwise requested all bets will be settled as match bets. However, where only handicap betting is available, bets will be settled at the handicap at the time of placing the bet whether requested or not.
Handicap ties are a “push” - where we are not offering a price for a handicap tie. Singles: stake will be refunded; multiple bets will stand on the other selections, with the push selection treated as a non-runner.
The game must be completed in full for all propositions, total points, handicap and match bets to have action.
30 BOXING
Maximum liability €10,000
Should a contest be postponed, bets will stand for 30 days. Should there be a substitution for any boxer, bets on the original contest will be void. Where we are offering odds for rounds - if any boxer fails to answer the bell for any round, his opponent will be deemed to have won in the previous round.
If, for any reason the number of rounds on which we are betting is changed, all round by round betting will be void. Fight bets will still stand.
Bets will be settled on the official result immediately after the fight. For betting purposes any subsequent enquiries or disqualifications will not count.
31 FOOTBALL
Maximum liability €50,000
All soccer betting is for 90 minutes play unless otherwise indicated.
Extra time / penalty shoot-outs do not count.
If a match is abandoned before the full 90 minutes has been played that match will be void, however, 1st goal scorer bets will stand if a goal has been scored before abandonment.
Postponed matches - bets stand for one week.
Bets are accepted only for matches printed on our football coupon or displayed on our screens, Aertel pages or on the web site. Bets accepted or placed in error on matches that we are not offering odds will be void.
Dates and kick-off times of matches shown on our coupon, screens or web site are for guidance purposes only. Bets will be accepted up to the advertised kick-off time. If a bet is placed or accepted in error that includes a match after it’s kick-off time, that match will be deemed a “non-runner”, and the bet will be settled on the remaining selections.
In the event of a change of venue not published or made know to us at the time of printing the coupon, bets will stand provided the venue is not switched to the opponent’s ground, in which case the selections for that match will be void.
Maximum number of draws accepted in a multiple bet is 5.
In the event of a change of opponents – bets void
1 Double result - Half Time – Full Time:
Bets on Double Result will be void if the second half is not started.
2 Corners / Goals:
The number of corner bets are settled on the combined number of corners actually taken and not the number of corners awarded. In the event of a dispute in the numbers of corners taken in a match – final settlement will be confirmed following consultation with the The Racing Post and IBAS.
The number of corners and goals cannot be combined in a multiple bet (unless otherwise advertised), bets taken or placed in error - stakes will be reapportioned.
Bets for the number of goals may not be combined with any other related bet/s i.e correct score, first or last goal scorer or a team to win etc.
3 First / Last Goalscorer:
Every effort is made to quote all players. However, other players will always be quoted on request and will count as winners should they score the first/last goal. Bets on First Goalscorer that are substituted / sent off before the first goal is scored are treated as losers. Bets on players not taking part are void. Bets on players that come on after the first goal has been scored are void. All players taking part in the match at any time are “runners” for the Last Goalscorer purposes. Unless otherwise stated on your bet, bets will be settled on the First Goalscorer.
Own goals do not count for First Goalscorer purposes.
We offer prices for no Goalscorer.
In the event of a dispute as to who was the First Goalscorer, the first Goalscorer listed by the Press Association immediately after the match will be deemed the winner. Any subsequent alteration by the PA will not count.
Where there is more than one player with the same surname and the selection has not been identified by the first name, or price, the player with the lowest advertised price will be taken as the selection.
4 Outright / Qualifying Betting
Where we are offering 90 minutes betting and Outright betting, (Cup matches) unless “Outright Betting” or qualifying odds has been selected, all bets will be settled on 90 minutes.
5 Correct Score:
Extra time / penalty shoot-outs do not count.
Odds displayed on our screens, coupons, Aertel pages or web site, will supersede any printed odds on our Correct Score Charts.
6 Scorecasts:
Bets will be settled at the combined odds advertised.
Scorecasts containing a non-player will stand on the selected correct score at the appropriate odds.

7 Half Time – full Time
When we use the term half time we mean result at 45 minutes, the term full time means 90 minutes (plus any injury or stoppage time), does not include any extra time.
8 Anytime Goalscorer:
A player who plays in any part of the official 90 minutes is deemed a 'runner' for score at anytime purposes. Stakes returned on selections who take no part.

All national league & and minor Championship matches are settled 60 mins play only.
All National League, Sam Maguire and McCarthy Cup matches are settled on 70 minutes play only.
If the second half of any match does not start - that match void.
Abandoned or postponed matches void.
You cannot couple a team to win a Championship (Sam Maguire or McCarthy Cup) with the same team to win a provincial title. Stakes will be divided on these bets if placed or accepted in error.
In the event of a change of venue not published or made know to us at the time of printing the coupon, bets will stand provided the venue is not switched to the opponent’s ground, in which case the selections for that match will be void.

33 GOLF
Maximum liability €25,000
Prices offered are to win the competition (playoffs included) non-player - no bet.
Each way betting - dead heat rules may apply.
In the case of abandonment, all bets void if less than 36 holes are played.
Group betting / Top US / Top European Player etc are settled over 4 rounds or less. (Playoffs will determine winner). Non-player - rule 4 may apply.
Three ball betting over 18 holes - void if all three do not compete. Dead Heat rules apply.
Two ball betting over 18 holes - void if both players do not compete. A price will be offered for a tie.
In Tournament match betting where both players fail to make the cut, the player with the lowest score wins.
Official P.G.A. results govern all transactions.
34 MOTOR RACING

Outright betting for Formula One Championship is all in compete or not.
The drivers championship is determined by the driver accumulating the most points during the Formula One Championship.Individual Grand Prix races - all in compete or not. The driver acclaimed the winner on the podium on the day will be deemed “WINNER ALRIGHT” and any subsequent objections do not count.
35 RUGBY
Maximum liability €25,000
All rugby matches are settled over 80 mins. (Extra call does not count)
Half time / full time betting void if second half does not start.
Winning margins betting is from scratch.
Abandoned, postponed matches are void, with the exception of bets on propositions where the result is already know. (First scoring play etc)
Where we are offering handicap betting,the result used for settling, is the match result adjusted for the handicap at the time of placing the bet.

Outright betting - all in compete or not.
Match betting: in the event of a match being awarded to a player before the full number of frames have been played, match bets will stand on the official winner, provided that at least one frame has been completed. If one frame has not been completed, all match bets will be void.
Frame betting/ handicap betting : the correct number of frames needed to win must be completed. If for whatever reason the match is awarded to a player before the required number of frames is attained, the frame / handicap betting will be void.
37 TENNIS

Outright betting - all in compete or not.
Match betting: in the event of a match being awarded to a player before the full number of sets have been played , match bets will stand on the official winner provided that at least one set has been completed. If one set has not been completed , all match bets will be void.
Set betting: The correct number of sets needed to win must be completed . If for whatever reason the match is awarded to a player before the required number of sets is attained - set betting will be void.
